Building Maintenance Management
 More details With the growing cost of new buildings, good maintenance of existing buildings, and the management of maintenance program's, have become increasingly important. This book explains to the construction professional and the larger building owner the management aspects of maintenance, which have developed substantially in the last 10 years with the growth of IT, and proposes the adoption of a building performance model as a prerequisite for proper building management.
