Roscolux is the most widely used color filter for theatre, film, television, live entertainment, retail and architectural applications. Developed with the top lighting designers in the industry, Roscolux is the first choice of designers who appreciate the wide choice of unique colors and diffusers, a color palette second to none.

Roscolux filters are produced using two unique manufacturing processes; extruded color and deep-dyed color. Both processes allow for a color filter that withstands the rigors of use, controlled color tolerance, meets or
surpasses flammability standards and is RoHS compliant.

Rosco-Gels & Coverings

Rosco-DMX Iris
Having complete control over the beam spread of your leko just got easier. The new Rosco DMX Iris is quiet, dependable, affordable, and a perfect complement to the I-Cue Intelligent Mirror. This 24 leaf motorized iris unit can be used with your ETC Source Four, Selecon Pacific or most other modern lekos. Unlike other iris units that have only 18 or fewer leaves in the aperture, the Rosco DMX Iris creates an even edged, perfectly round aperture all the way down to its smallest diameter. Using 1 channel of DMX512, the DMX Iris's movement is smooth even along very slow cross fades. A microprocessor controlled stepper motor connects to the mechanical arm of the iris unit, replacing the unreliable noisy chain drive system found in other products. A manual knob lets you use the DMX Iris without DMX control just by dialing in the aperture size you want, just as you would a conventional iris unit. The Rosco DMX Iris requires a non-dim circuit and is auto-sensing from 100-240 volts for use anywhere in the world. No costly external PSU is needed.

I-Cue
The Rosco I-Cue Intelligent Mirror allows you to use your spotlights with much greater flexibility and control. The major function of the I-Cue is the ability to re-position the beam of light so a single spotlight in a fixed position can illuminate dozens of different locations.

The Rosco I-Cue has onboard DMX, which means that control and direction of the mirror -- and the beam it reflects -- is available through your lighting control system. The industry standard DMX protocol assures accurate and repeatable beam placement.

Ipro

Using the iPro Image Projector™ and a typical theatrical spotlight, project virtually any image you want - quickly, affordably, and easily.

A simple device provides an ingenious solution...In short, the iPro Image Projector™ projects an image created from a simple plastic slide. Attach an iPro Slide cartridge to the back plate of the iPro Image Projector™ and insert it into the iris slot of any one of several common luminaires. Then simply turn on the light to project anything from a dazzling full color panorma to a corporate logo, or even a last minute custom gobo texture. Even at 100% intensity, the iPro Slide will last from 15-50 hours with no fading or degradation.

LitePad
LitePad Axiom is a revolutionary LED light from Rosco specifically designed for filmmakers, videographers and still photographers.

Its steel and aluminum housing is designed not only to protect the light source, but to make a variety of mounting solutions quick and easy. The back of the housing has a universal mounting system allowing the LitePad Axiom to be affixed with brackets to C-Stands or mounted with Velcro, rubber bands or other conventional methods. The housing includes a gel slot for adding Roscolux or Cinegel color or diffusion.

X24
This truly amazing projector provides large scale rippling light effects previously unavailable to lighting designers. The device utilizes a 200 watt Enhanced Metal Arc source, whose short arc allows for an output of 5K lumens, with a 7000 hour lamp life. The color temperature is similar to a Xenon source at 6000K.

The effect itself is created by rotating two "X" size glass gobos off center of the optical path. This results in a projection that does not appear to have a visible direction or pattern. The color slot will accept dichroic color filters.
